Have gone here perhaps 2x/month since we moved here. Food always tastes decent, sometimes they take a while, other times have your order within a couple of minutes (at drive through). At times will they will forget items in the bag. However, the most recent trip (March 2024) gave us food poisoning from the steak and white cheese sandwich. Got sick within 2 hours and recovered within half a day, so it was likely a staph infection. Sometimes this is just bad luck with handling/ leaving something out for a bit too long and the food looked and smelled fine. But, it could have also been an employee failing to wash hands and/ or not wearing gloves. Definitely not the worst food poisoning to have, but enough to never want to risk it again. Absolutely reveals they are cutting some corners in hygiene. Let's say we've gone a couple dozen of times, you've got about a 3% chance of getting food poisoning (likely from a sandwich). But, good tasting food and you should get fast service.

If you are in a hurry, avoid this location at all cost. I have stopped in here on a couple of occasions when absolutely nobody has been in line, and the place is almost empty and it still takes them almost 20 minutes or more to prepare a pick two half sandwich and salad.After asking for a refund because I couldn’t wait any longer, the kid running the register had to go get a manager, which took another five minutes at which point she came out with the bag in hand to say that they have been calling my name. Not true, I had literally just asked the kid how much longer and I was sitting right by the register, blatant lie.This has been the case every time I come, and has the worst customer service, even when the store is dead. I will never go back again. $15 for a lackluster lunch for one person and every single time, horrible customer service, no thank you.Panera, do better!

My cousin and I got the Mac n cheese and it was grainy. I was thankfully able to easy my dish fine but my cousins did not like the texture. I think it’s ridiculous that we pay almost 12 dollars for a large bowl and don’t get the creamy mac n cheese that we went there for.

The quality of food and service seems to be declining everywhere. I don’t think I will continue buying $7-8 sandwiches and salads that look like this. This sandwich looks like it is mostly bread.

Staff is amazing, not only was my orders perfect, quick, staff took the extra time making sure my special order ( I have food allergies) was made correctly but went out of their way to be extra cautious of my special requirements. They are always friendly, helpful, fast and efficient!

My broccoli soup is watered down. I think they were trying to stretch it out i got no broccoli just a few carrots. I am so disappointed. This location also has bad customer setvice

Ordered the Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken. I asked for no dressing, but received two containers of it. I'm most ticked off that not only did the salad have absolutely no avocado (which should come on it), but I asked for extra pepperoncini and got only two. Had I not been on my lunch break and pressed for time, I would have taken it back. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped going to Panera three years ago and having me waste my hard earned dollars today.

Another visit to Panera, another fail. Not sure why we try with this place anymore. Asked what ingredients they were out of (for those not familiar with the clown operation at Panera, they are always out of at least one ingredient). Tonight I was told only romaine but apparently that meant all lettuce since our arugula was missing. I’d avoid this location and in fact all Paneras altogether.
