Very disappointed in Panera today in Bexley. Turkey sandwich was not made properly. Greek salad was not made properly. All the ingredients were old. Lettuce was wilty and vegetables tasted old. I don’t know what’s going on here, but it is not the place that it was several months ago. I am concerned.
I was at Panera bread after my nieces soccer practice and arrived at about 7:25, we ordered food and all went smoothly. Our food was all correct but they forgot soup which is a quick fix. It all went downhill from there. The staff was performing closing duties an hour and fifteen minutes before closing at 9pm. Including vacuuming while we were eating (under our feet and table) and cleaning the restroom.

The sandwich was great, the bread was of extraordinary quality, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with a well seasoned salad, I didn't think I was going to like it and I left very satisfied
