The bathrooms are ALWAYS dirty I come to the hospital once a week and for the last 3 months the bathrooms dont get checked or even cleaned every hour. I seen a worker come out the stall and didnt even wash her hands i told the cashier and she said she would tell her manager. I havent ate there since

Very disappointed in Panera today in Bexley. Turkey sandwich was not made properly. Greek salad was not made properly. All the ingredients were old. Lettuce was wilty and vegetables tasted old. I don’t know what’s going on here, but it is not the place that it was several months ago. I am concerned.

This place is absolutely disgusting. No one cleans the tables, everything is a mess and the bathrooms were absolutely horrific. They looked like they haven’t cleaned them in weeks. The drink machine is moldy and I’m so grossed out I can’t even eat my food. So nasty.

I was at Panera bread after my nieces soccer practice and arrived at about 7:25, we ordered food and all went smoothly. Our food was all correct but they forgot soup which is a quick fix. It all went downhill from there. The staff was performing closing duties an hour and fifteen minutes before closing at 9pm. Including vacuuming while we were eating (under our feet and table) and cleaning the restroom.
We got there and the lines were long. I ordered on the app and had it quicker than my 2 friends who ordered at the counter.

Its stupid expensive and the wait is mind bending at lunch time. However its nicely secluded from the rest of the hospital. Its not too pricey if you just get a nice toasted bagel and a drink. An order that simple can often skip the line. They also have chocolate chip cookies they keep warm and gooey on a heated slab. If you work at the hospital, subscribe to the Panera sip club and you get practically unlimited soda and coffee drinks for 11.99 a month. It pays for itself so fast.Vegetarian options: They have saladsKid-friendliness: There is a surprisingly good amount of seating and booths so you could bring a kid. Just make sure you dont give them the super caffeinated lemonade by mistake.Wheelchair accessibility: Its accessible.
