I showed up at 10:27am and was the only person in line to order (as I was using a gift card and therefore unable to use the kiosks, which are credit card only). (I would have shown up earlier, and have in the past, but the lunch menu is only served from 10:30am onwards) I waited for 15 minutes (while three staff members were working on two orders) before my order was taken.I waited for my order of a $5 biggie bag (as the only order for ten minutes, before others started coming...read full review

I was working here today and ordered my lunch off the app and picked it up and it was made too early because my ice is melted and my food is cold and hard! They forgot my sauce and went back and asked for it nicely and the guy threw it in my hand and barely made it! Next time I’m packing because that is not professional and the food was not fresh!

I’ve been coming here since 2005 when I was a freshman at OSU. This Wendy’s is always dependable and can sling great food to the masses especially at rush hour. Consistently 5 stars.Parking: Park in 12th Ave garage (connected to Doan hospital)
