Thank you Chipotle! We went in your store today and wanted steak, told it was going to be a 3 minute wait for fresh steak since they were all out. -OF COURSE- We waited lol while waiting we were given free drinks and at checkout were given 10$ off the order AND extra guac AND a coupon for free chips and quac next time.. I would have been fine paying full price for fresh steak or just getting a coupon, but you went above and beyond!! Thank you for awesome customer service ��
I get chipotle once a month and typically never get a drink. I got a poppi today and didn't realize the can would be in the bag. I'm used to grabbing pick-up order drinks from the cooler myself at other places. The cashier yelled at me and shamed me saying not to just grab things from the cooler. I was dining in, she could have came over and said something calmly
I've eaten here a few times, and they are EFFICIENT at lunch time. The line is usually long, but it moves really fast. Major props to the staff here. The dining area is a little small considering the volume of customers, but I was always able to find a seat.
