This place should not be able to deliver what a rip off I just spent 43 dollars on bowls that was made for toddlers to eat hardly no rice I got half and half we got a spoon full of meat no lettuce and where is the cheese what a rip off

I like Chipotle I didn't use to but I like it. However, like everybody else y'all want to add a little bit of food when we ask for EXTRA meat, you want us to pay extra for the meat but by adding 4 to 5 extra pieces we shouldn't pay that extra price. For us to pay for extra then give us a measuring cup of food. Y'all all making money stop paying.

They couldn’t wrap my burrito and there’s an avocado pit in my guac. They won’t even offer any reward or refund cause I paid in cash.

Order food 2 entrees and all the meat was frozen cold my taco shells were so hard I even asked before I ordered if they were fresh guy said yes there so hard I have to rip a bite with my teeth tried to reach out to the store. Can’t talk to a person get on a chat. Can’t get to talk to anyone either. Finally get someone I told them I wanna refund show them my receipt and the time I was there sent pictures of the food that I did not eat it and I’m not told them. I will go back in to get a refund tomorrow or they can do it now because I use the card. He told me he gave me one free entrée under my chipotle account that I said I didn’t have five times prior then he said he was resolving issues with the team and then he decided to close the chat. I never ended up helping me any further now I gotta start the process over again.

There was a good size line due to an event, it went very quickly. My food was hot & delicious. I also used restrooms. Please take note to keep your receipt it is for paying customers use only, and there is a code at the bottom of your receipt. If you do what I did and throw away immediately, just ask the cashier, and they'll tell you the code. I would come back here again. The bathrooms were very clean. The place over all was clean. One customer spilt their entire drink on the pop counter they immediately came out to clean it up. If you have never had chipotle, definitely give it a try. I got a chicken taco. No complaints here ?

Friendly staff. Kinda small portion sizes consistently. Gauc on a bowl is often less than the amount you would get in the small side cup.
They were out of lettuce and no sign on the door + didn't bother even telling me until my order was done (except for the lettuce).I left w/o my order.I DON'T WANT Chipotle without lettuce.

I ordered a chipotle bowl and it was half empty, my quesadilla was also terrible made/cut and the sides were in a little plastic container that barely had anything in it. My burrito bowl also had like 2 peices of chicken, Dissatisfied.
