We had a very nice time and a great waiter who treated us so nicely even though we ordered from their starters menu and not a full meal. He showed us how to use the electronic payment system and provided us with take home containers. Our server made the visit special!
Food was great, waitress was a bit off. She was very slow and kept forgetting stuff.
I placed an on line order for my daughter’s birthday dinner to feed 8 people and I am very pleased with the food and service I received from Olive Garden - Hilliard.

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant is known for its exceptional service and attentive staff who go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Despite possible wait times, the food quality is great, and the order-to-table time is impressive. The restaurant provides delicious fried ravioli and fantastic meals with great service. The staff is polite and does a wonderful job, with the manager setting an excellent example by going above and beyond for customers. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious, with large portions that may require taking some home. Olive Garden offers a great experience for its customers.
