“Amy was very attentive and fast shewas yelled at by some white trash blonde with two teenage trolls she told the manager that we were served first which we were there first .she ended up getting everything paid for like she was trying to do and Amy was in trouble. the white trash was two tables away and heard out load everything she was saying. “Always a great experience. Today we were lazy and ordered Door Dash. Unfortunately an item was missed. Zipped over to see if I could get it fixed. Manager came out right away assuring they get it right out. They did, and he gave us a $20 gift certificate for next time. Always appreciate their service but this was above and beyond.“

“Self service restaurants are the best. No more waiting for waiting staff. Super fast service. User interface is nice and clean. Food is amazing and good portion size. Place is nice and clean. Plenty of personal space to chat within the family instead of the waiting staff. Highly recommend. Other restaurants should follow suite. And not just because of Covid. This is the future. Waiters should go to coding school instead of struggling with tables. It’s just better for everyone. I mean, I got my water when I wanted it! Is that too much to ask? LOL“

“I just wanted to offer some serious compliments to this waffle House staff today! First, our waitress, Brenda was very kind and attentive. Second, I just want to complement the overall ambience and workflow of this restaurant. We have visited other Waffle House restaurants in the Columbus area and they’re all great; however, I feel like this one really gives you the true Waffle House experience: They are yelling orders, they are prepping for the next shift and it just was awesome to see how well they worked as a team. We had the honor of sitting at a booth near the coffee and tea area, and the manager on shift was training a new chef. Her patience, explanations, and support to this new associate was something that I wish all managers could possess. In the 5 to 10 minutes that we got to see her lead her team in that manner, I was really pleased! I did not get her name, though. The last thing that made this particular visit so great was that the chef, JJ, came over to see how our food was. Let me tell Let me tell you: the chicken breast is unreal. It is so juicy and flavored in seasoned to perfection. I know Waffle House specializes in breakfast meats, but this chicken is an awesome addition! This restaurant nailed it. Overall, we have a few Waffle House locations to pick from near our house, but whenever we want Waffle House again, we will go out of our way to go to this location!“

Plus, we have two autistic boys, and they always show their appreciation with patience.

“Today's meal was very good. Hot, fresh, tasty, served quickly. I had the Big Steak omlet and it was a large meal (I took half home and was still full) and well prepared. This was my second visit in the last 6 months and the prior visit the food was lukewarm like it had sat for a little bit before being picked up by the server. I'll have to visit again, and if the next meal is as good as the last, I'll update to 5 stars.“
