Upon requesting to-go boxes, Olivia demonstrated understanding and quickly prepared our meal for takeout. Moreover, she offered assistance carrying the food to our vehicle, showcasing her dedication to customer care. As a stay-at-home mom, I had used earnings from baked goods sales to treat my significant other to lunch. While I tipped generously, I wish to acknowledge Olivia's exceptional service further. I intend to return to the establishment and hope to express my gratitude in person. Olivia's professionalism and kindness make her an exemplary server.“

“Way better then expected, employees are caring making sure we got what ordered and correct. It's so nice to know you can get food from a place that cares. The manager Deserves a raise and a bonus. There's no option to take whip off but because we didn't get milk in it she asked. I've been to Tim Hortons multiple times and that's the first time I've been asked amazing service!“

“I had not been in a TJs for literally years (at least 10) because the last meal I got was so full of grease that it made me nauseous. Tonight my husband had some friends who were dining at the TJs in Newark, OH and asked me if I wanted to go. I was hungry and didn’t feel like cooking so I said. “Well I don’t really like TJs but I’ll try it.” I was glad I did. My meal was good. The portions were great. The service was outstanding even though they were very busy. We got a military discount because my husband is a vet. I’ll definitely go back to the TJs in Newark on north 21st street.“
