“Mom and I went for lunch yesterday and both ended up having breakfast! She got the buttermilk pancakes and I ordered the special pumpkin pancakes with cinnamon butter and tres leches drizzle. Mom loved hers and my was fabulous. I also had two links of sausage that were better than your usual mass made, which made me wonder if they get it directly from a butcher. The iced tea was also fresh and good.“

“Food is always good and customer service has always been great! Don't order this threw uber eats! I just ordered from here threw them, UBER completely screwed up and brought me freezing food 2 1/2 hours after it was picked up. UBER then refused to refund me and told me to rate scramblers as a zero for UBER screwing up my food.“

“Always a great experience. Today we were lazy and ordered Door Dash. Unfortunately an item was missed. Zipped over to see if I could get it fixed. Manager came out right away assuring they get it right out. They did, and he gave us a $20 gift certificate for next time. Always appreciate their service but this was above and beyond.“

“We are regulars here. The staff are friendly and hard working. Not afraid to have a conversation with you and they will make your order right without issue. They have other locations but we prefer this location based upon the employees we encounter and the food being so on point.“

“We love the restaurant, however we watched a bus person clean a table and leave the unused coffee cups on it…after people had sat there and handled them. The cups should be removed immediately when not needed. I hope this is not common practice.“

“Self service restaurants are the best. No more waiting for waiting staff. Super fast service. User interface is nice and clean. Food is amazing and good portion size. Place is nice and clean. Plenty of personal space to chat within the family instead of the waiting staff. Highly recommend. Other restaurants should follow suite. And not just because of Covid. This is the future. Waiters should go to coding school instead of struggling with tables. It’s just better for everyone. I mean, I got my water when I wanted it! Is that too much to ask? LOL“

“I just wanted to offer some serious compliments to this waffle House staff today! First, our waitress, Brenda was very kind and attentive. Second, I just want to complement the overall ambience and workflow of this restaurant. We have visited other Waffle House restaurants in the Columbus area and they’re all great; however, I feel like this one really gives you the true Waffle House experience: They are yelling orders, they are prepping for the next shift and it just was awesome to see how well they worked as a team. We had the honor of sitting at a booth near the coffee and tea area, and the manager on shift was training a new chef. Her patience, explanations, and support to this new associate was something that I wish all managers could possess. In the 5 to 10 minutes that we got to see her lead her team in that manner, I was really pleased! I did not get her name, though. The last thing that made this particular visit so great was that the chef, JJ, came over to see how our food was. Let me tell Let me tell you: the chicken breast is unreal. It is so juicy and flavored in seasoned to perfection. I know Waffle House specializes in breakfast meats, but this chicken is an awesome addition! This restaurant nailed it. Overall, we have a few Waffle House locations to pick from near our house, but whenever we want Waffle House again, we will go out of our way to go to this location!“

“Second time here and there will be a third, I promise you that. The customer service is above and beyond, like nothing you’ve ever seen before, they are super friendly and treat you like you’re a guest in their home. They have a question of the day you answer it and the answer and table number is called out and that’s when you know your order is ready. They make it fun! Their cinnamon biscuits are out of this world. I’m from NJ so biscuits to me are not my thing until I had these and the Manager Mike is super cool, humble and awesome! You can tell he treats his employees with the utmost respect because every single employee was amazing, friendly, down to earth it was a wonderful start of our day!“

“While visiting Columbus for the OSU game, this amazing breakfast place was recommended! It is a family owned restaurant and the food is absolutely amazing! They also have an orange juice squeeze and make it fresh for every glass! The food was perfect and well seasoned! It tastes homemade, the way it should! We travel to Columbus often and we cannot wait to visit Jack and Benny’s again! Thank you for your hospitality!“

“This is my go to Waffle House in Columbus. Best staff best service consistent customer I go at least least once if not 2 to 3 times a week. My Atlanta native girlfriend also says it’s the best in the city so if you like Waffle House come here.“

“Always good. Every time! I think I’ve ordered the Picado omelette 200,000 times over the last 20 years. Definitely recommended. Always get the potatoes, “turtle shell” which means burnt crispy on one side for crunch.
