“LOVE First Watch restaurants and this one did not disappoint. No wait today which was perfect. A little noisy with the music but as people left, the volume reduced a bit. The Trifecta with Lemon Ricotta pancakes was delicious as per usual. So was the Kale Tonic. My friend loved her Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon. We both love how they bring coffee out and leave a coffee carafe at the table. Also plenty of extra napkins without having to ask. Server was genuinely cheery and uplifting. As we dined, she checked in, but not unnecessarily. It was just a terrific experience all the way around, especially once the sound dropped just a bit.“

“Mom and I went for lunch yesterday and both ended up having breakfast! She got the buttermilk pancakes and I ordered the special pumpkin pancakes with cinnamon butter and tres leches drizzle. Mom loved hers and my was fabulous. I also had two links of sausage that were better than your usual mass made, which made me wonder if they get it directly from a butcher. The iced tea was also fresh and good.“

“We are regulars here. The staff are friendly and hard working. Not afraid to have a conversation with you and they will make your order right without issue. They have other locations but we prefer this location based upon the employees we encounter and the food being so on point.“

“Self service restaurants are the best. No more waiting for waiting staff. Super fast service. User interface is nice and clean. Food is amazing and good portion size. Place is nice and clean. Plenty of personal space to chat within the family instead of the waiting staff. Highly recommend. Other restaurants should follow suite. And not just because of Covid. This is the future. “This team got slammed after the Buckeye Country Superfest and they rocked. The communication was so good and nobody waited long for anything. The manager, cook, and servers were all so kind and efficient despite the busy crowd. And the food was amazing, especially for being around midnight. I would definetly go here again.“

“Saw this old school looking diner as we were passing, and decided to go back and try their breakfast. Visually, there is a lot going on in here, as there should be. This family owned restaurant has been around for 40 years, so there is a lot of history represented here.

When we walked in, we were the only people in the place, so service was quick. We spent a fair amount of time talking to the owner, who was very friendly and willing to share his family's story with us. I loved that the cook (also family I'm sure, but I didn't ask) was at the grill, which was in full view of our table. It was like watching my mother cook when I was a kid, and it tasted the same way. Our Buckeye Brutus Breakfasts were hot and delicious. Nothing fancy, but that's what was so great about it. A classic breakfast that totally hit the spot. When we were done, the owner offered us to go coffees for the ride home, which was very much appreciated since we were driving back to Wisconsin.

This is a great place to stop for a no frills, amazing, home cooked breakfast. Friendly service, relaxing vibe, and a place where it's easy to feel like family.“
