“Another great experience at a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. I'm picky, so I had the burger. It's hard to mess up a burger. But I also tried the wagyu steak and duck (first time ever for each, not just there) and they were really good.

The short ribs special was very good and we all agreed that the bay scallops and shrimp risotto is an outstanding dish! The entire staff is very friendly and for a busy Saturday night, we enjoyed excellent service! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant in downtown. “Visited Columbus for the first time and stumbled into an amazing restaurant that truly sets the bar for what ethos restaurants should operate from- no seed oils, quality water and everything cooked in beef tallow. For a health conscious restaurant their prices are beyond reasonable with something on the menu for anyone who’s looking to expand their horizons of healthy eating.

Our server Katie was exceptional- so so kind, knowledgeable about the menu and carried a smile on her face the entire service. The GM even made it a point to comp our wellness shots we ordered since we were visiting. Truly made our experience! Thank you katie! ❤“

“We really enjoyed The Pearl! We felt comfortable from the minute we walked in, and there were so many great choices on the menu. We tried the hanger steak and the salmon, and both were excellent. The cocktails were amazing too.

“We had a delightful Christmas Eve dinner with appetizers and three different entrees. The gnocchi was absolutely delicious and our favorite! The sauce was wonderful!“

I participated in the Cocktail Making Class for my Sister-In-Law's Bachelorette Party a few weeks ago, and had an absolute blast! Gato is the best bartender and instructor ever!! “Mom and I went for lunch yesterday and both ended up having breakfast! She got the buttermilk pancakes and I ordered the special pumpkin pancakes with cinnamon butter and tres leches drizzle. Mom loved hers and my was fabulous. I also had two links of sausage that were better than your usual mass made, which made me wonder if they get it directly from a butcher. The iced tea was also fresh and good.“

I had the Turkey Club, while someone else had the Cuatro Tacos, another had a hamburger with onion rings, and the rest of the group enjoyed the Thanksgiving Turkey Dinners.

The funnel cake fries are the real surprise hit. Crispy, fluffy, perfectly dusted with sugar and dangerously easy to keep eating. I honestly came in for a drink and left thinking about those fries.

Huge shoutout to Salim behind the bar. Super friendly, attentive, and bringing just the right mix of smooth and playful energy that makes you feel welcome the moment you sit down. He made the whole experience better.

Bodega may not be trying to be fancy, and that’s part of its appeal. It’s a relaxed, easygoing spot with good vibes, great service, and snacks that punch way above their weight.
