Love this idea! You can order one of their salads or choose your own ingredients. They chop it all up right in front of you. Can be rather pricey. So it couldn't be a daily lunch thing. But a great salad treat. I just wish there was one in Springfield, OH.
Oh my goodness, this was our first experience here and we absolutely adored the place! Staff was so nice and helpful. So many food options. My rice, bean and veggie bowl was delicious and my daughter got a salad that was one of the best salads I have ever hadVegetarian options: The place smells like chicken when you walk in, but don't let that stop you. Menu is clearly marked and there are so many non meat choices

This has become a staple for me in my work travel to Columbus, usually eating at the Polaris location (or ordering takeout) at least 2x per stay. I wish that we had a healthy faster food option in my area of Massachusetts like this!
