Unfortunately we purchased a stale pumpkin cream cheese muffin today…it looked like it may have come out of the display case that was just emptied. We bought two, one was fresh and the other was very stale and hard when we stopped during our road trip and didn’t realize it until an hour later - very disappointing.
This is the first bad experience we have ever had at any Starbucks.
Huge fan... have been since the get go.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a favorite location for many. The staff is warm and the service is quick. The manager builds personal relationships with customers and supports the staff. At this location, the workers are nice and the baristas work as a team. On busy days, like red cup day, they take care of every customer. The drive thru service can be slow, but the employees are nice and make drinks correctly. The staff is extremely friendly and makes drinks like mocha perfectly. If a drink is not available, like pistachio coffee, the staff will try to recreate it. Overall, this Starbucks stands out from others and customers will definitely be back. The staff's efforts to make customers feel special are noticeable, and they are appreciated for their hard work.
