We stopped by for an afternoon coffee break & were greeted at the counter with a smile from Angelica who was servicing both the counter & drive thru simultaneously never missing beat! Marian was tidying up the seating area making it spotlessly clean. This TH is well managed ?
Had to update - came through to give it another shot today and had a much better experience after 4 or 5 bad experiences.The 2 people who handled my order today were prompt, they were friendly and the food was good!Consistently disinterested in customer service.

When Tim Hortons first came to this region, we were so excited by the ambiance and food. I feel the food is still good but the management has gone totally bad. Not just this particular location but pretty much every location. They missed a sandwich in the drive through, but if I ask them to remake it the next time I was there they said they can only do it on the same day. Like why? did the money I paid vanished because I skipped the day?
