Food was excellent. Fries were hot and crispy and the chicken fingers were hot, crispy and tender. Service was a bit inattentive as I waited at the register for about 5 min before acknowledgment. Atmosphere was good but tables need to be cleaned.
I ordered a Box Combo from the mobile app for in store pick up. When I went in to get my meal the associate handed me a bag with 3 entrees and 3 cups. I said I didn’t think that was my order and she repeated my name and said “yes, this is yours “. The small receipt taped to the bag said 1 box combo yet the bag contained a box combo and two Caniac Combos. I guess I hit the Cane’s food lottery. Busy night in the drive thru as is usual for Friday night. From the looks of our meals the store was worried about running out. The French fries didn't even fill one small compartment of the 4 piece take away. The chicken was more like chicken nuggets. A lot smaller than usual. We were very disappointed with the amount of food for the price. Hope this isn't indication of the future.
