We just stopped at this McDonald's. After waiting 10 minutes for "fresh" fries, "Vanessa" came out to give someone else there order. I asked her to please check on our fries. She apologized and came back out with 2 size upgrade fries and 2 apple pies and again apologized. Yes, 10 min was a bit much to wait for fries bit the upgraded size and apple pies showed she really was sorry about the inconveniences. Not all McDonald's are equal: this one is better. It's the people thatake the difference. The staff there, especially the morning group, are professional and polite!
