I live right by the Easton location, and almost wrote off steak n’ shake due to multiple horrible experiences there. I was in the area of the Polaris one and decided to try it again, and I was surprisingly completely satisfied. This is my new steak n’ shake and so worth the extra 10 minute drive. Super fast food. There is very little contact with staff since the restaurant has moved towards a contact less business. You enter your own order at the kiosks, help yourself to the fountain drinks, and they call your name when the food is ready. Food was made perfectly.

Good food, good prices, fast service.Place was clean, nothing bad to say other than the burgers weren't crispy like they are when they're perfect, and, the patties seemed a little skimpy.That said, you do get a lot more for your money here, than you do at Five Guys or Shake Shake.
