Service was good. But the salad I got was horrible. The spinach tasted dirty, like it had not been cleaned and the chicken was so dry, even adding dressing to it. Everyone in my party said their salad wasn't any good. Had the same complaints about the chicken. Would not eat there again.

This has become a staple for me in my work travel to Columbus, usually eating at the Polaris location (or ordering takeout) at least 2x per stay. I wish that we had a healthy faster food option in my area of Massachusetts like this!

Love this idea! You can order one of their salads or choose your own ingredients. They chop it all up right in front of you. Can be rather pricey. So it couldn't be a daily lunch thing. But a great salad treat. I just wish there was one in Springfield, OH.

Everyone is very nice! Salads are fresh However within the last month, my co workers and I have visited 4 times for lunch and noted that the employees hair is hanging over our salads as they chop it. No hair nets. Not tied back properly, floating just above our food as they are moving side to side in motion chopping our salads, Not sanitary. This should be required.

Oh my goodness, this was our first experience here and we absolutely adored the place! Staff was so nice and helpful. So many food options. My rice, bean and veggie bowl was delicious and my daughter got a salad that was one of the best salads I have ever hadVegetarian options: The place smells like chicken when you walk in, but don't let that stop you. Menu is clearly marked and there are so many non meat choices

My friend and I met here for lunch not realizing it was more of a take-out salad place than a sit down restaurant. We did sit down at a table/chair conversation but most people who ate in, did it very quickly. I would go back and take-out my salad.

Could probably eavesdrop and make insider market decisions.Not repeating a visit, I can find more affordable healthy lunch options while living an active lifestyle.

Place would be much better if they improved the staff. Also, they strictly will not let you call in orders. I was driving and wanted to call in a to-go order, I was firmly instructed to use the app/website and no exceptions can be made. You just lost my business for a while with that one…And then you all responded that I am a line-cutter? What about your mobile order system?? Are they line-cutters too? But its okay, right?
