“I recently had an issue with my order at Jets Pizza. The online system showed everything went through normally — I even received a confirmation and a receipt — but when I arrived, the store never actually received the order. I found out I wasn’t the only one; another customer had the same problem around the same time, so it seemed like a system glitch on their end.

Even with the confusion, the manager, Wyatt, handled everything really well. He was super apologetic, professional, and did his best to make things right given a frustrating situation that wasn’t really in his control. He took the time to explain what likely happened and made sure I was taken care of.

Mistakes like that are frustrating, but the way it was handled made a big difference. Wyatt definitely turned a bad experience into something more positive through his customer service.“

“When I say hands down this is one of the best pizza 🍕 huts I’ve had in years I ordered 2 cheese personal pans and 2 pepperoni 🍕 and sausage it was golden and delicious I also ordered sweet chilli wings omg cooked to perfection not over cooked but perfect 👌 the customer service all I can say is wow they were sooo polite and attentive !!! “FRIES are just like the ones you get at the fairs. Great burgers and wraps. We come from Mansfield once or twice a month to Meat up with family and friends from other areas. It's not fancy but you can share conversions time together just as if you were at home! Only problem is the vinegar packets the bottle for us would be easier!“

“We stopped in after PuttShack for a quick pizza and WOW. They have unique pizza flavors along with traditional. We had a pepperoni pizza, Forge Tikka pizza, waffle fries and spuds. I'm a vegetarian so I ate the Forge Tikka and it was DELICIOUS. The flavors were insane. I love Indian food and I love pizza so mixing the two together was a real treat. The spuds and waffle fries were fantastic as well. My 4 year old and wife loved the pepperoni pizza. Delicious stop and highly recommend!“

“The only thing that I dislike about Jet's Pizza is that they don't exist in my home state. I have come to Ohio for work and it was some coworkers who introduced me to Jet's. I had heard of Detroit style pizza but had never tried until recently and a loud and unequivocal WOW! is all that I can think of. The pizza is out of this world, the website is ridiculously easy to use and the service has always been too notch. “My best friend and I were from Tennessee and were heading back from Michigan. The food was absolutely delicious! We had fish tacos and cheese pizza. We had Spinach dip for an appetizer. The Spinach dip was more on the sweet side for those that like that flavor profile.

The service was great! Our server was positive and attentive to us. I had something on one of my plates, and she immediately replaced it with no issues. The patio was nice and beautiful, and we hope to see them again the next time we visit 😁.“

This last time I called in and ordered ahead. I was an hour out. I got there and the pizza was not ready. The guys working said “I didn’t know being an hour out that you would be here in an hour and I didn’t want you pizza just sitting on the stove”. I was 100% appreciative of this. I would have waited 30 minutes more to have a hot fresh pizza, with nice cold toppings as it was designed. Great costumer service and knowledge on how the DiCarlo’s pizza should be served. My kids also gave the pizza 10/10!“

“I was with Dominos from 1996-2007. Finished a 3 store Franchisee. I had not tried it in years. I bought one for the Employees in Westerville and tried a piece. The Box was very cool. The Stuffed Crust was nice, and the sauce was very good. They did not skimp on the toppings, and were very polite in this location. Very nice experience. Thank you!!“

“It's a small place with very good pizza, chicken wings, and nice older staff. The draft beer selection could be better, but at least the beer was cold. Not a lot of parking or seating, but we went at a good time. We ordered our beer & food at the same time. Beer was served in cold glasses pulled from the fridge! Pizza has a sweet sauce that is just divine. Crust was fairly thin with a nice crisp to it. Waitress was very nice older lady who took great care of all her customers. Overall it was a very good experience and we will most certainly be back for more!!!“

Our server Preston was very nice and recommended to my wife to order from kids menu to get a single patty burger, it was still a pretty big burger. The fries were fresh hot and many, I had the tots, they were OK but I liked the fries better. Fish and chips very good, a large piece of breaded fish well seasoned. Over all I would give them a very good rating.“

“If you're looking for a new pizza place, Sexton's is the pick! I recently tried the East Village Pepperoni, which had pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, basil and was made New York style. The wood fire crust was smoky and crispy. The pepperoni was cupped and added a nice salt component to the pizza. The marinara sauce was flavorful and worked well with the pizza. The fresh mozzarella was gooey and the basil enhanced the overall flavor profile. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for any pizza-lover in Ohio.“

The texture of the gelato was inclusive of chocolate shavings that made the overall tasting experience that much better. I tried a slice of their pizza and the seasonings and crust was en-point. I am used to NY thin slices so it is hard for me to be happy with other places outside of NYC but this was very good. We also tried the à la carte cookie section in the bakery and felt the presentation was very good but a bit pricey for what you get. We ordered maybe 9 cookies which came out to 16.00. Whether determined by weight or by individual cookie, it was a bit extraneous, however still worth it. We also bought some dubai chocolate bars which were thick and creamy. Very satisfactorily like the bars that have gone viral online. We loved it. The buffet looked very good and we may try that next time we come. This place has a little bit of everything and is truly a Little Italy and we enjoyed our visit. Thank you!“
