Sunbury Donatos offers top notch service and food! I came in for dinner and was pleased. I spoke with one of the employee's, her name Amber and she was fantastic! She was engaging, super nice and attentive. I will definitely be back!
Order taker was helpful and pleasant. Great experience. Tried new crust to us...thicker. Turned out great. We'll do that one again
One day the food is good; the next, it's off—either overcooked or with too much cornmeal. Service is 90% terrible. Half the time, your order is wrong. My last two visits, I've ordered Big Don's with double meat and never received the extra meat I paid for.

Donatos Pizza offers a variety of delicious pizzas, with great toppings and hot, fresh food. The staff provides excellent service, and the restaurant has seating available. They also offer healthy pizza options for those with dietary restrictions. One customer shared a special experience on Valentine’s Day, mentioning the Pizza Heart with pepperoni & sausage, and praised the staff for writing a personal message on the box for a surprise delivery. While another customer noted that the pizza sauce tasted bland compared to previous visits, they suggested sticking with the Big Don Sub for a better experience. Although some reviews mentioned service issues, like unclean tables and staff on their phones, the overall quality and care put into making the pizzas were evident. With convenient parking and wheelchair accessibility, Donatos Pizza remains a great choice for a satisfying meal.
