1. women's Bathroom filthy.
2. women's bathroom door wouldn't lock.
3. husband said men's bathroom was disgusting.
4. floors appeared not swept or mopped
5. donuts on rack, not in showcase. we had to look over the showcase to see what was available.
6. one employee was prepping a breakfast sandwich and had a slab of cheese then a pc of sausage just laying there waiting for the toaster.

We stopped here yesterday morning to pick up an online order, our donuts weren’t available and we were told to request our refund online. We were told by online support to ask the store for the refund. When we returned, I was worried we would have trouble with this, but I barely had to say anything and the woman at the register immediately knew who I was and began to prepare my order. Can't add soda via the app so added one at the drive thru. 3.51 for mostly ice is robbery! Shame on you Timmy's !

The breakfast sandwiches are a highlight, with friendly and courteous staff willing to accommodate requests. The associates are professional, pleasant, and helpful. The food is great and the iced coffee and iced vanilla latte are terrific. Despite some inconsistencies with large orders and pick-up times, Tim Hortons remains a popular choice.
