Unbelievable. “ I can’t make any sandwiches or bagels today because I haven’t been trained in that area”Can I have some butter for my muffin? How can I give you butter ? Can I put it in the cardboard container ? butter tasted like industrial Crisco. My partner ordered two donuts and got one. At that point, he said, just forget it. We tried to find a table that wasn’t dirty - hair and crumbs. Food came out of the back and not out of the glassed shelves. Yesterdays goods. I will never go back, and I have lived here 15 years.

Mystic Nirvana

Girl kept gossiping about me heard her even though she shut the window. Was too busy just talking about nothing to even start making my latte. After taking my order and my money, I Was in line 10 min at the window before she again wanted to confirm my order. I just asked for my money back and left. Big difference of service between Sunbury and Westerville location

They definitely cater towards drive thru orders over in store orders, not worth going inside. Sunbury has a great local donut place that sells out fast, so these donuts are a good substitute.

Went there at 11:05 a.m. - Total I spent $14.98 - cinnamon twist donuts were not fresh. Sad, especially since I ordered a half of a dozen. Chicken wrap was okay, but had very little chicken in it... it was more like a cheese wrap.If you're not going to put chicken in it, lower the price, $7.99 is too much for a cheese wrap.I would have said something, but since I went through the drive through I was not going back out. Do better Tim Hortons.

I walked in right at 2, didnt know they had breakfast hours that ended at 2 but they made me a breakfast sandwich anyway and it was bomb. 10/10 those girls made my day.

So, I the night before, ordered a large pick up for the next morning. I asked if the time in which I needed to pick it up would be acceptable, and the employee who took my order said yes. I paid over 125$ for this order. The next morning I arrive to pick it up, it hadn’t even been started. I was late for work which cost me two hours of vacation. Though I love Tim Hortons, if an order is placed the night before, and paid for, along with a specific pick up time, the customer expects it to be ready. I will never order like this again.

The only reason they even deserve a one versus the desired zero is cause of customer service. What I’m about to write is sad cause I love Tim Horton’s as a whole, it’s my favorite food chain to do my work in. However, the cleanliness of this one is absolutely atrocious. The tables are never cleaned, there’s always 2 or 3 bees and flies in the store, and the bathrooms are terrible and look worse than most gas stations. It was impossible to focus at all today. The product also was extremely dry. But don’t get this review mixed up, this is not on the workers, but rather the General Manager. If you cannot hold the standard and lead by example to fix the store, why are you in a position to own a store? I may not own a store, but I do have a masters in business and know leadership when I see it. I sadly will not be returning to this location it seems, but will in other areas, absolutely a disgrace. Wish all of them the best, but this is the worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been too by far. One of the worst kept restaurants I’ve been to in a long time.

We have been multiple times to this location. There is always an issue. One time they did not have ice coffee. How does a coffee shop not have coffee. Multiple times we have gone and they just say they are closed for no apparent reason. Definitely not going to visit this

This was our first time at a Tim Hortons. They didnt have any strawberry dip donuts or hash browns to go with our sandwiches. The wife wanted just egg whites and they can't do that, I thought every place could do that, guess not. I got a Coke and then come to find out they don't do refills on coke....again I thought everyone gives refills, guess not. The sandwiches were OK but not great and the wife's vanilla latte was bland and had very little vanilla flavor. The place was dirty and slow. They had biscuits in a bag laying on the pick up counter and no donuts in the display case. Not sure if we will give it a second chance.

I've been coming to this location consistently over the past couple months and they seem to never have any of the product they need to make their food. it's always "we're out of chicken" "oh we're out of egg" I'm not sure if they're saying this so they don't have to make the breakfast menu or if they actually don't have the product. its becoming beyond frustrating.
