Call center that took order stated we could do two orders to use two coupons, store employee said no. Asked for onions on side and no tomato, sub cam with tomato and onions in the sandwich. Asked for a manager when called back to call center, no one answered the phone. Store employees all seemed unhappy.

Recently visited for a pickup order. I normally do independent pizza but I got an email coupon for 30 percent off. I ordered 1 small and 2 mediums while I was shopping at Kroger (ordered over the app).I was 5 mins early and the food was just coming out of the oven. The staff was nice, food was hot and goodAmbiance - they do have seating but not my thingService - was really goodFood - it was good, toppings were great.I would have taken pictures but it was lunchtime and people need to eat. No time for the photo shoot

Do. Not. Go. Here. My wife and I ordered a pizza online from this location. We get there over 30 minutes later and they hadn't even started making it yet (store was empty, they were bot busy). A kid behind the counter who I had been watching sweep and pick up trash with his bare hands then use his phone (without washing his hands) grabs my pizza from the oven, sets it down, WIPES HIS FACE WITH HIS HANDS then starts cutting my pizza, bracing it with his dirty hands while he cuts it. He then gives his hair a scratch and wipes his har back (no hat or hair cover on) and closes the box. My wife came in because she saw him doing this from our car in the parking lot. We say that what he did was disgusting and we want a refund. The kid smirked and laughed a little. My wife said she was serious and what he did was disgusting. The kid told my wife to f*** off under his breath. To her face. In front of me. At his work. I leaned over the counter and told him if he ever spoke to my wife like that again it won't be nice. I then told him and the coworker that thought it was funny I would be in touch with corporate and have their jobs. The next day a cop shows up at my door saying that they called the cops and said I assaulted him and yelled at him but they didn't want to press charges but I still have to go to court. I call corporate "customer service" and the lady who answered had a problem from the start. I even mentioned that her tone was pretty combative and she aggressively told me "no it's not!" When I asked for an escalation or supervisor she said she WAS the manager. Their customer service manager has an attitude with customers. Just WOW. Never go here. At least not untill they hire some actual adults that u derstand responsibilities and customer service and do not retaliate with false accusations when they mess up and get called on it.

Pizza was phenomenal. we ordered 7 large pizzas and you would have thought we ordered one with the care and quality of the pizza only reason it’s not a 5 is because the crust was a little bland and crunchy maybe. Not bad crust by any means, just not 5 star worthy. Will definitely order donatos anytime I’m around one moving forward! Great job’
