The food is always hot and delicious and i never get a single mean word from the employees
Gotta love Pizza Hut! We have several pizza options in Sunbury, but Pizza Hut always hits! Kids love it, service is awesome, and the drive-thru is very convenient!
Skylar was very friendly. Service and food was great!

Pizza Hut is a popular choice for families, especially those with picky eaters. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a good dining experience. Many customers appreciate the smiling faces when dining in or picking up a pizza. During special events like Halloween, the staff goes the extra mile to make the occasion memorable. The restaurant, while dated, is kept clean and tidy, although there is a need for a new hand dryer in the women's restroom. Customers can expect tasty pizzas, with highlights including cheese personal pans and pepperoni and sausage pizzas, which have been described as golden and delicious. The sweet chili wings are also mentioned as cooked to perfection. There have been comments about inadequate toppings and sauce, and while the pizza and wings are great, some feel the breadsticks have changed and are not what they remembered. The drive-through service is efficient, but the pizza portions could be more generously loaded with toppings, especially considering the cost. Customer service is praised for being polite and attentive, with one delivery person, Matt, noted for his professionalism. Overall, many look forward to returning.
