Donatos needs to do a better job of verifying pick up orders before they give them to people. Because now someone else picked up an order that I paid money for and they have to remake it. They need to have a verification system for pick up orders.
I used to really like this location, their deliverys were quick and the pizza was hot but here recently they started using some third party delivery service and now the food arrives cold and way past the expected delivery time
