“We stopped in after PuttShack for a quick pizza and WOW. They have unique pizza flavors along with traditional. We had a pepperoni pizza, Forge Tikka pizza, waffle fries and spuds. I'm a vegetarian so I ate the Forge Tikka and it was DELICIOUS. The flavors were insane. I love Indian food and I love pizza so mixing the two together was a real treat. The spuds and waffle fries were fantastic as well. My 4 year old and wife loved the pepperoni pizza. Delicious stop and highly recommend!“

“I have celiac disease and am very limited in places that I can go where I feel safe. I stumbled across someone raving about mellow mushroom and decided to look into it. Not only do they have a gluten free menu but they are well educated in cross contamination and but they also have a dedicated area for toppings and take proper precautions to make sure that no other people touch your food . Jamie, our waitress was amazing and was able to answer all of our questions and knew when and how to ask others for help. My husband and I will definitely be back.“

“I recently had an issue with my order at Jets Pizza. The online system showed everything went through normally — I even received a confirmation and a receipt — but when I arrived, the store never actually received the order. I found out I wasn’t the only one; another customer had the same problem around the same time, so it seemed like a system glitch on their end.

Even with the confusion, the manager, Wyatt, handled everything really well. He was super apologetic, professional, and did his best to make things right given a frustrating situation that wasn’t really in his control. He took the time to explain what likely happened and made sure I was taken care of.

Mistakes like that are frustrating, but the way it was handled made a big difference. Wyatt definitely turned a bad experience into something more positive through his customer service.“

“The only thing that I dislike about Jet's Pizza is that they don't exist in my home state. I have come to Ohio for work and it was some coworkers who introduced me to Jet's. I had heard of Detroit style pizza but had never tried until recently and a loud and unequivocal WOW! is all that I can think of. The pizza is out of this world, the website is ridiculously easy to use and the service has always been too notch. If I ever have any friends or family that I will know to be visiting the Columbus area, this is a place I would definitely steer them to.“

We were surprised that the place had been closed for quite some time as it was our go-to place for Chinese takeout. It has been a staple for Marcus theatre area for many many years. It finally reopened under new ownership, but no sign.

The owner was there to greet us and show us the menu. Very nice guy and felt welcomed. We ordered the orange chicken, bokchoy dish, and chicken egg roll. Food was hot and the bokchoy was our favorite dish. Orange chicken wasn't the best but wasn't bad either (would get again). My only gripe is that the prices are similar to a sit-down full-service restaurant and not your typical take-out Chinese food prices. While I would love to come here again the price is way too high for us as we like to go get a quick meal before a movie, etc. I get it the prices need to be adjusted to match inflation/food costs but the price point before new ownership was so good.

All in all, I do want to try the other dishes as the food was good but it won't be on a regular basis as the prices are not competitive with traditional TOGO Chinese places.

Are they subject to product shortages and must alter their food? What affordable restaurants aren’t? Overall though, their flavor and quality is consistent and delicious! The app is easy to use. “My best friend and I were from Tennessee and were heading back from Michigan. The food was absolutely delicious! We had fish tacos and cheese pizza. We had Spinach dip for an appetizer. The Spinach dip was more on the sweet side for those that like that flavor profile.

The service was great! Our server was positive and attentive to us. I had something on one of my plates, and she immediately replaced it with no issues. The patio was nice and beautiful, and we hope to see them again the next time we visit 😁.“

This last time I called in and ordered ahead. I was an hour out. I got there and the pizza was not ready. The guys working said “I didn’t know being an hour out that you would be here in an hour and I didn’t want you pizza just sitting on the stove”. I was 100% appreciative of this. I would have waited 30 minutes more to have a hot fresh pizza, with nice cold toppings as it was designed. Great costumer service and knowledge on how the DiCarlo’s pizza should be served. My kids also gave the pizza 10/10!“
