“I'd moved out of state for the last 20 years. I'd been going there since my childhood and watched that shop grow. I was visiting in town over the weekend (12 Oct 2024), and, so I ordered a couple of my favorites - tears came to my eyes - tasted the exact same as I remembered. All the recipes are the same, marinara, pizza sauce, sausage, meatballs....heavenly. Of course, I had to order a sub to bring home with me to enjoy on another day, and I just....smiled. Thank you to everyone for allowing me to reminisce and converse. The staff, as always, was friendly and helpful.“

“This is a small business that does an excellent job! We really enjoy the smaller venue. Years ago we used to have their pizza delivered every weekend. They have the most amazing marinara sauce! Tonight was a pizza sub for me.

The food is always made to order and comes out hot from the oven. My husband enjoys the craft beer selection. Their wait staff work very hard and is second to none! We go early on Fridays to avoid the wait. They do get busy and for good reason! We moved further away, and are so glad we started dining here again. So worth the drive!“

“Today was my first day at a Brenz Pizza Co. I got the chicken bacon ranch. This is definitely my absolute favorite pizza! Godfathers in Chillicothe back in the early 2000s, Cristy's Pizza in Chillicothe now, both amazing and loved them both! But those taste like Pizza Hut Little Caesars comparatively speaking! and any bigger chain of pizza shops like Donatos or any others, they obviously don't compare to Brenz Pizza Co. If those 2 classics don't.
I cannot believe I've never heard of this place until driving around looking for places to eat. Such a nice staff! Such a clean and uncluttered environment! No 50 flyers and adds all over the place, no gimmicky characters. And let me tell you right now! If you like cookies, you cannot leave without one! I had the chocolate chip and it was so huge and cooked to absolute perfection! That chocolate was so sweet! I also loved their salad, I just had the simple house salad and it looked and tasted fresher that any salad I've gotten at a restaurant let alone a pizza shop! I could go on and on but I'll just end it here by saying... GO TRY IT!

Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten free and and that had amazing options for that! And her pizza there was a few bucks cheaper than the cauliflower crust at Donatos!“

The "Meat and More Meat" pizza has too many toppings for my taste, but you basically can't go wrong with any other deep dish option. Staff has always been friendly. I will say this; as a fan of meatball subs, Giordano's probably has the worst meatball sub I've ever had. Ordered a few times over a few years, always tastes like it was microwaved for too long in a cardboard box. Other than that, all good.“

“Oh...my...gosh. The pizza is DELICIOUS. We've had quite a few different pizzas over the years living in Ohio but this was the best we've had. The pepperoni rolls were also amazing. “I really enjoyed my pizza. I ordered the Aaloo Gobi with vegan cheese and it was delicious. I was nervous because I am a basic kind of pizza lover but the flavor was great. The star of the show was the crust. My dad ordered the meat pizza and liked his as well. The guy taking our order was patient and kind. I will for sure be back.

“So, I was craving some wings and my wife wanted pizza. I found this place online and it seemed perfect. I ordered a small pizza and a small order of wings. The staff was super friendly and even called me to let me know they were out of the sauce I wanted. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce was really good with a nice kick to it. The pizza was great too, we both loved the sauce.“

“I rate pizza places based on if I think they are a real pizza shop. I don't base it on my taste buds. This place has real ovens. No conveyor. They have a few styles of pizzas including a Sicilian. The effort was 100 percent. Wheter you like the taste or not is preference. But this place is legit and the owner should be proud that a great product is put out.“

“I'm absolutely blown away by the incredible pizza from Messey's Pizza. The crust was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The sauce was tangy and rich, and the cheese was melted to perfection. But what really took it to the next level was the generous toppings - fresh veggies, savory meats, and a sprinkle of magic (I'm pretty sure that's a thing).

The service was top-notch too! Friendly staff, quick delivery, and a warm smile with every interaction. I've tried countless pizza places, but this one is hands-down the best.

The pizza ALWAYS shows up timely and very consistent! We've ordered SEVERALLLLL times and we tend to rotate through the same pies, every time they show up very consistent in display and flavor, which makes me SO happy.

I also always order a side of marinara and a few sides of garlic sauce and they're very good about always making sure our orders are accurate!

I really have only ever had one issue with the delivery when they didn't bring the sauces but I called and they credited us back for those right away. Again though... this was one time out of ... dozens of orders I want to say.

“Not from Columbus but every time I go there I try to stop in at Anges pizza Polaris. I have tried almost everything on the menu and I haven't had any complaints, the customer service is also great.“

“It's in a gas station so I would not have tried it except I needed to get back to work quickly one day. It's freaking fantastic. This pizza ranks 3rd for me on best pizzas I've had. 1st was from Chicago, 2nd was from a place where the owner was actually from Italy. I can't believe a gas station pizza place is so much better than 90% of the other places out there but it's true. They don't skimp on cheese, the crust is perfect and it's always hot. But, I don't understand why they aren't updated like most places these days... when I order thru the app and pay thru the app, I shouldn't have to sign a receipt when I go thru the drive-thru to pick up my order! And, I know this isn't only at pizza hut but why do they ask for tip on the order? I do the same thing at McDonald's, any fastfood, for that matter, they don't ask for tips! He frantically fidgets and paces trying to figure out where to begin while we wait patiently for him to get in control of himself so he can prepare our orders.
