“My teacher friends and I had placed a delivery order today, and it was delivered via Uber eats… And Uber eats did a terrible job. But before I could even figure out how to call somebody to get the half of our order that was left behind the store, Chasity from the store showed up with the rest of our food so that we didn’t miss a minute of our 30 minute lunch. There was no way we would’ve been able to go back and pick up our food and still have time to eat before the students were done with recess… So Chasity really saved the day! Chicken Salad Chick’s food is fantastic, but their employees are even better!“

“I had tried this place before, years ago, but then they didn’t offer what I was wanting. Nor was the staff then as it was today. Today, it was good. Atmosphere was calm, love the retro feel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good too, got the skinny, which was satisfying, but may have to get a regular next time to feel fuller longer. Overall, was an excellent experience and will go back.“

“Amazing cheesesteak. Amazing service. Value-wise, this definitely beats Wario's for the best cheesesteak in the city. Sesame seed bun is so fresh and the steak is melty. They shouldn't even offer the Italian hoagie. Sesame seed is that good.“

“Had the absolute best experience under unfortunate circumstances. I came in yesterday in the afternoon to order for my family and there were a lot of people inside but only one person working, Jeff. Poor guy having to put all those orders in by himself, but handled it perfectly. Jeff was super nice, patient, very apologetic. I felt so bad for him being the only person in there with that many orders, so I felt like it was worthy of making a good review for him. “Went in today, 3/15. Was right before close which I didn’t realize. They put the slicer that was freshly cleaned back together to take our order.

The 3 guys in here took great care of us (didn’t catch names) took their time, made sure everything was 100% for us.
The food is Jersey Mikes you can’t really go wrong but the service is what really stood out and was much appreciated.“

Coming from a REGULAR customer of this location (I work retail at this mall & get lunch here often). Reeni is the BEST worker. I’ve had everyone here make my food at different points & Times & reeni gives incredible service EVERYTIME. I’ve gone in with it empty, packed, busy, slow, EVERYTHING- & reeni gives the same 5 star service everytime. I got off work & knowing it’s 30 minutes until the mall closes, I thought I could grab something to eat before leaving.

I went in to this Subway 30 mins before close, I took way too long to order (sorry- indecisive!) & asked a million questions before placing ANY order. And still Reeni was so patient, so helpful, and made a BOMB sandwich!!!
