“Jimmy John’s has the most amazing delivery people. Today when I had my delivery the delivery person forgot my drink about 15 minutes later she shows up with my drink and offers to pay me for it. About a month ago, I had another delivery person that found my wallet on my driveway. when she couldn’t get me at the door, she went to my neighbors house. She left the wallet with my neighbor to make sure that I got it back. Not only are they freaky fast they are incredibly honest and go above and beyond. Oh and their unwiches are also amazing! The caprese is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Pleas don’t take it off the menus!“

“Subway hadn’t been on my go to list for some time, but this young couple have put the franchise back at the top. I, with my very old mother in tow, now stop by this particular Subway every chance we get. They are friendly and fun, the establishment is clean, the bread and ingredients are fresh, and the finished product is delicious! Very highly recommended! And now, of course, I am starving!“

“I would have given 5 stars but a guy who works there is rude and confrontational towards customers when they ask for ketchup and continued making comment's as we ate there, very unprofessional and uncalled for, the woman was pleasant and apologized for his behavior

“This is how Subway should be run, with the owner being a former sandwich artist who worked their way up, this is how franchieses should be run. Fantastic food, fantastic service, and genuinely well utilized space considering the odd shape of the property. I highly suggest this “

“Pretty good food but it was a bit on the expensive side, fries and drinks were sold separately. Clean inside but the drink fountain was kinda dirty and the drinks tasted like chlorine. The two young men working there were nice. My girlfriend and I were the only ones eating in at the time so it was a quiet atmosphere.

Parking: Very small parking lot in-between two other stores.“

I always go out of my way to get subway from this location because of how clean and awesome the employees are here. Just be nice to them and they will give you exactly what you want!!“

“I’m a frequent flyer! I’m at this location at least once a week. They make my subs fast and have never messed up an order. If I ask for delivery they are typically at my house within 20 minutes. I’m slightly obsessed with their subs and thankful for this location.“

“Always been a fan and frequent customer @ Mr. Hero. Always purchase Philly Cheese Steak Subs and they are awesome! Tried the new Waffle Doodle sandwich and it was ok, but not really sure what to think about it overall. Maybe would have liked it better if the waffles were crispier and more "Done". Just not my taste I guess. Great service as always, quick to get in and out and cashier was super nice. Will continue to visit and try other new menu items.“

“Excellent experience!No one sleeping in a booth and staff that is friendly and appreciative of my stopping in.I have been to one in the area and they are consistently "put out" and have stipulations with the coupons.This location is a great example of a great subway!The subs were made perfectly, they accepted the coupon as written (no on-site exclusion).They were friendly and efficient and didn't ask why we wanted our subs the way we like them.Definitely my new local subway. It is worth the extra mile and a half drive to have a good experience.

“Looked up the closest subway to where we were and this one popped up. It is hard to find. Attached to a separate building, around the side and no signage near the road. Despite that there were a few people in the shop. I'm not sure what the guys name was but he was working a closing shift and had glasses. He was really nice and upbeat, gave us extra cookies because they came out a little small. Now that I know this location exists, I'll be back. :)“

“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“

They support the local football team's Football card and we went there because we bought the card for Westerville North and wanted to try them with a discount.I had the #17 and added lettuce tomato and onions with Mayo. It is a hot steak and white American cheese with grilled peppers and onions. It was very well made. The wheat bread was perfect.The hubster got a roast beef and turkey with bacon #9 and he added lettuce, onion, Mayo, spices and sauce. He was very pleased with his option.We both agreed we would visit this location again. We ordered the regular size sub which was more than enough!The customer service was superb. We were sitting inside waiting on our subs to go and the very kind lady walked them out to us.The guys making the subs and working the grill were all friendly as well.Kudos to this team who all seemed to work well together and enjoy having customers to assist.“

The Philly Chicken wasn't on the grill long enough to melt the Cheese. The entire Sandwich lacked flavor. The meat was unseasoned, extremely bland.
