“Love this new location! The owners are very nice and kind! The staff is fabulous and the chicken salad phenomenal! They opened a little over a week ago and I’ve gone three times including midnight for the grand opening, met some really nice people waiting in line for that. “Great location! The service was good.They loaded the salad a little weird - I had to deconstruct it to heat the chicken.The dressings were plentiful and prepackaged- overall the quality of the produce was really good.

“I saw a Subway flyer advertising their new Hot Honey menu, so I decided to give the hot honey nachos a try. To my surprise, they were genuinely tasty sweet heat, good crunch, and a nice little kick. I even had a moment where I paused like, “Okay Subway, I see you.”I’d definitely get them again as long as that price stays politely at $4.99. The moment it jumps, I’m disappearing like a magician’s final trick.“

On the downside, parking lot is small with too many high traffic businesses in one spot. A little pricey for sandwiches and they could clean the tables more often in between customers.“

“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“

“I usually go here when I get tired of eating everything else in the food court. I usually always see the same three ladies working when I do. They always smile and they're always nice when I order! The owner is always sweet as well when she's there! Chicken is always great as are the sandwiches. Now, with the boneless chicken, I just wish Everytime I order it, I don't have to wait 6 minutes as the bone-in is always ready. I don't mind waiting when I don't really care about my lunch time and that's most times, but imagine if I didn't have time to wait🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️. “Went in today, 3/15. Was right before close which I didn’t realize. They put the slicer that was freshly cleaned back together to take our order.

The 3 guys in here took great care of us (didn’t catch names) took their time, made sure everything was 100% for us.

“Jimmy John's fanatic & former assistant manager from another state here- this is by far the BEST, most consistent & quality Jimmy John's in Central Ohio. They make it exactly as it is ordered; they leave the bread guts in where they're supposed to be (even though I always order a loaded up Giant #12), extra means extra, the bread is always soft & fresh, the management is pleasant & their store is sparkling clean.
