Jimmy John’s on Broad Street is quite the operation. A well oiled machine. Strong teamwork. Exceptional service. Fresh. Clean. Keeps me coming back. That bread draws me in. #freakyfast.
Not the best experience at this location on Broad St. I go to Jimmy John's quite often but this particular day they forgot the bacon on my sandwich. It shouldn't be an indictment on this location as a whole but that did ruin my experience there.
Normally I have great service. It wasn't bad today, however I didn't get exactly what I asked for. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. I asked them to leave the bread in (instead of taking out the middle section of the bread). I asked that they cut my sub in half, but they didn't. And I ordered plain kettle chips, but got bar-b-q flavored. I didn't realize until I drove home. 😒
