Telling customers a 20min wait for chicken & rice at 1230pm is unacceptable. This isn't a lunch rush issue. It happens at any and every time of day, for all of 2026, now. Honestly, time to get corporate involved. I am so tolerant, and this is too much too often. I will take weekly visits elsewhere
Absolutely one of the worse chipotles you can go to. The last 3 times I have went to this one, the rice is always rock hard, do you even cook it or just dump it directly from the bag?!
I get the economy is bad but less than half of scoop of chicken???😡 I don't get it! Did i pay $9 for rice and beans only? Are you trying to save up some chicken to take home with you?
