I wish there was a zero star rating. Roach with its full antennas in my food. Manager also had zero customer service. What a shame!!! If the owner wants to get direct feedback he can put his contact details and i will call him. Health department surely needs to pay this place a visit.

Terrible customer service, always out of common items at every time of the day. Person that’s supposed to cook stands at the grill and makes no effort to clear line of people waiting for food. No team work. No management. Highly recommend you go to another location, even if it’s further away. Only reason for the 1 star was because 0 wasn’t an option.

Is there a cut off when they stop preparing more fresh food? Currently in line at 8 o clock. They are out of Barbacoa, cheese, fajitas, chicken, vinaigrette??? Several people just actually walked out. Not sure why but this is a recurring issue.They close at 10 so that’s 2 hours left. How can they just not make more ? Help me understand thanks :)

i have doordashed from here multiple times and if i ever order a drink, it’s NEVER in my order, and if i order chips, it’s a game. maybe i will, maybe i won’t. this chipotle sucks. at least the food tastes fine.

This place is poorly managed. It's dirty, supplies near drinks were not full , dirty counters. When I ordered a bowl there was NO MEAT to choose from . The server asked me what meat do u want ,but the tins were empty. I said there is no meat. Instead of refilling the tins she offered me the brisket that was almost out also. Than I asked for queso, and she scraped that out of the bottom. After paying 13.29 there were no napkins in dispenser. Just a horribly ran establishment.

I ordered online an paid for extra chicken did not get it and the rice was mushy everytime I come here it’s young kids and that’s not the problem but they argue with customers an getting extra chicken is like asking for their first it’s impossible I will pay for extra chicken but to pay an not get it is disappointing ?
