First the positive, the sandwich was tasty, good, and consistent with those at other Charleys. My issue was the service, in particular this guy. While he did have the disposable plastic gloves on, I watched him take his ear buds out and then making a sandwich immediately after. So he touched the cheese and the bread right after taking his ear buds out and keep in mind, he is in dreadlocks so who knows the last time he washed his hair. Not very hygienic...
I ordered the ultimate fries waiting for my daughter to get off the plane. I don’t know if it was the cheese sauce the ranch dressing or the bacon but something went bad. I was up all night with food poisoning. Please check to make sure items are being stored properly.

Thank goodness we got there before 6pm. Nice staff, tasty cheesesteak, but they close just about when you'd expect to want to get dinner. So does the rest of the food court there, though. Eat early, or it's vendos for you!
