Placed a large order for 17 people today. They arrived early and everything was correct! Great Job Jimmy Johns!!!
Everything was great! Food was made exactly to order and served fresh. Staff is very friendly, polite and professional. The service was on par with higher end restaurants!
This Jimmy John’s location is great. I get there right after working a hard day at the CMH airport and great food, service and vibes are there to greet me. I highly recommend this location.

Jimmy John's is a great place with delicious sandwiches and fast service. The staff is friendly and personable, except for a few questionable individuals. The delivery guy, Alex, always brings a smile and excellent service. The crew, including Chris, Tyler, Yon, Miracle, and a young man with a ponytail, are amazing and make every visit special. The atmosphere is positive and kid-friendly, making it a top choice for families. However, the new manager's behavior raises some concerns, so customers should be cautious about who's working during their visit. Overall, Jimmy John's offers tasty food and exceptional service, with a few exceptions to watch out for.
