There is a young woman who works the drive thru window at Jimmy John's on Cassady Ave near the airport most evenings and she is awesome! She makes a great sandwich, is pleasant, efficient and takes the time to smile (you can hear it in her voice) and engage with the customers!! She keeps us coming back! Thank you for the excellent customer service! Jimmy John's management you need to be sure to keep her!!
