This location has to be one of the worst in the entire city of Columbus. Especially when the night crew is there. I'm almost certain no one can read nor follow directions as I always order the same items 10 wing, well done bake & sauce in the side, med pep. Well done. Just ate here like an hour ago. Salad was average but the kicker was the wilted spinach and starting to go red lettuce. The lady who gave me the food didn’t acknowledge me other than handing me the to-go bag. The guy who took my order was fine, but told me I have to give him my phone number for the rewards program or he couldn’t ring by me up. This place is trash bro, Jimmy John’s is next door go waste your money there.

The last few times we've been to Donatos, the food has been terribly burnt. It was so burnt this last time, that it was all you could taste. It was just absolutely terrible food and we won't be returning. We had a frozen pizza two nights after and it was so much better that it was embarrassing. Just save your money and buy a frozen pizza instead lol
