The last few times we've been to Donatos, the food has been terribly burnt. It was so burnt this last time, that it was all you could taste. It was just absolutely terrible food and we won't be returning. We had a frozen pizza two nights after and it was so much better that it was embarrassing. Just save your money and buy a frozen pizza instead lol

This location has to be one of the worst in the entire city of Columbus. Especially when the night crew is there. I'm almost certain no one can read nor follow directions as I always order the same items 10 wing, well done bake & sauce in the side, med pep. Well done. It like if you want it done right you have to show up go in their kitchen area and do it your self. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THE CASSIDY LOCATION TO MY WORST ENEMY. The staff sucks so bad. CANT READ NOR COMPREHEND, RUDE, TAKES 4 TO 5 CALLS JUST TO GET A MANAGER WHO OBVIOUSLY HAS NO AUTHORITY, AND FOR SOME REASON NOBODY EVER WANTS TO ADMIT MISTAKES AND CORRECT THEM. THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS ONE DOWN ASAP

Just ate here like an hour ago. Salad was average but the kicker was the wilted spinach and starting to go red lettuce. The lady who gave me the food didn’t acknowledge me other than handing me the to-go bag. The guy who took my order was fine, but told me I have to give him my phone number for the rewards program or he couldn’t ring by me up. This place is trash bro, Jimmy John’s is next door go waste your money there.

People were being served walking up to drive thru window with no car and it seemed as if they knew they employee personally ...I watched because I had to wait till they left to pull up....it made me feel unsafe and after all that my pizza was burnt....never going to that location again.

Ordered the honey spicy large pepperoni pizza. It tasted nothing like honey or had any spice, called today to speak to the manager and the only thing I could do was bring the pizza all the way back to wait until another one was finished again. I explained I had toddlers and that was too much of a hassle nobody cared…..waste of $20

The pie we had was extraordinary. They were extremely busy! I felt sorry for everybody that was working there. But my pizza was excellent. Moderate pricing about 18 bucks for a 14in but it was very good.
We ordered for dine-in. Small eating area was mostly dirty with tables not cleaned from previous customers. Chairs wobbly, no napkins in dispenser, no parmasan cheese in tray near empty napkins dispenser. ordered food, after 25 minutes they realized they hadn't started it.. meantime others had walked in, ordered then left with their food. We got no apology or even acknowledgement they forgot to make food. another 15 minutes go by and we decided to take food to go as we ran out of time for lunch. Food taste is by far famous or legendary unless you are going for bad. Never again.

I NEVER eat Donatos Pizza but I really wanted some today. My pizza and sub was supposed to be ready at 7:30pm my boyfriend picked it up at 7:25pm and both items were cold. I called to speak with a manager, only for the boy that answered to not want to put the manager on the phone. I had to hang up and calm down. When I finally spoke with someone they told me to bring it back, instead of giving me a credit. This was my first and last experience with Donatos I will NEVER eat here again!

Called to place an order. Realized it was a call Center person, they didn't know the menu for Donatos, transferred me to a store. Well that person was very rude. Thought I could get delivery, only live 1 1/2 miles from store. Nope they don't have a delivery person! Would go pick it up myself but after speaking the person nope so rude. Not getting my business from them at all!

Ordered delivery at 715, got the pizza at 825p. Called and the manager said it's on the way, no apology.Ordered well baked, it wasn't, crust doughy, Ordered toppings under cheese, it wasn't.Pizza was cold and disgusting.never again

If you're looking for a cold pizza delivered an hour later than you were quoted (2 hr total wait) this is your spot. The first time it happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Tonight is the second time. There won't be a third.
