They opened a little over a week ago and I’ve gone three times including midnight for the grand opening, met some really nice people waiting in line for that. The subs were fresh and delivered promptly at the agreed upon time. They were so much better than their competitor in every way. A special shout out to Luke who took great care of us. “Got done seeing a nearby event and wanted some food. Felt bad about it but stopped and ordered food with less than half hour before close and they had no issues with it whatsoever. They were also kind enough to let us(me and my girlfriend) use their bathrooms even after they locked up for the night. They were very kinda and thorough with our orders too which is something I personally don't see often in the food industry. “Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. “Every time I go in here or even the one down on Henderson I feel dirty because the place is dirty. I submitted pictures of trash underneath the cash kiosk broken tables pop machines did not work the only thing I could drink was water or iced tea. But yeah I was still charged $18 for lunch.....“

“This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. Right at the cashier, you will see the drinks and chips. The tables and chairs were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant time. If I came back, I'd imagine my experience would be the same.“

“We just had some of the best customer service from our local Jersey Mikes here in Clintonville. My colleague and I ordered delivery on their app because we’re the only 2 people working today, and we can’t have less than 2 people in the building. Unfortunately they forgot one of our drinks, so I called to see if there was any way to get it delivered.

The manager came down himself and brought the drink to us and apologized for the inconvenience of it all. I have never had a better experience with a Jersey Mikes before!
