I ordered a number of Subs by the box for a large group event, and requested delivery. Every interaction with employees at this location was very professional and friendly. The subs were fresh and delivered promptly at the agreed upon time. They were so much better than their competitor in every way. A special shout out to Luke who took great care of us. They have certainly earned my repeat business.
We had a placed a delivery through the jersey mikes website. The DoorDash driver that picked it up sat in his car for 45 minutes then drove the opposite direction of our apartment. When I contacted the store the general manager went out of his way to delivery a new order. Great customer service!!
Excellent food prepared by a consistently efficient, patient, and friendly staff. They did a great job staying professional with a tricky patron behind me in line as well.
