TBH the service is great and everybody is nice and courteous and the food is great. However, I always seem to have trouble with my pickle(s) when I go here. I’ll either say “yes, I want the pickle on the side” or ask for an extra one. What can I say, I love me some pickles lol. Every time I get my food, I either don’t have any pickle or they forget the extra one. I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble or get an apology or anything cuz it’s really not that big of a dill......read full review

I ordered a pair coming with small size sub and a cup of potato soup. The hook and ladder sub tasted amazing with great sweet mustard and fresh vegetables. The soup makes the combo nutritionally balanced. Firehouse is an amazing sandwich brand!
