So i actually began this journey by trying to call the location to find out if they had a BLT sub, no answer. I said to heck with it I'll just go there. Upon arriving there it was empty and the two employees inside looked like beavis and butthead and were eating and looking at cell phones. So before going in i tried calling again and watched beavis continue eating and looking at the cellphone whole the phone rang. I guarantee this will be my first and last experience with firehouse subs.

This is the second time I’ve come here, and the store has been absolutely FILTHY both times, and there’s been low stock of napkins, chips, hardly any drinks loaded in the soda machine (and even out of pepper packets tonight). Both times extremely unimpressed with the atmosphere. Food is okay, though.

I ordered a take out order and I'm not sure if the cashier rung me up as dine in or what.. But the young lady with the two small pig tails handed me my food as if u was dining in. Mistakes happen , so I didn't get upset. I simply told her that it's a to go order. She took my food back SLAMMED it in the counter and got very mad..It's never that serious. I came back the next day and ordered , and I told the other girl that works there that I did not want the lady with the two pig tails making my food, she asked me why??? And I told her why..But the funny thing is I seen her watching everything that went on that day, because she was there.. So why asked me why (not sure if she was a manager or shift lead?)Anyway...She told the other girl to step I'm the back ( because I did not want my sandwich made by her) the girl asked the manager WHY ?. I did go back today ( for the last time) and the atmosphere was just different. I was not greeted like they greet everyone else nor did the manager even apologize for her employees actions. She knew it was wrong but to me it was being justified. Customer service to me goes a longggg way. No the customer isn't always right all the time..But I literally did nothing but order my food so I can head back to work. Her attitude was not needed. And today just kinda set the tone with me. I never experienced this type of service at any other firehouse. Hopefully this location can hire people that actually like their jobs and knows how to handle customers in a more professional way and managers that doesn't just give you the cold shoulder all because that's their employee. The guy that cashier has always been the nicest sweetest person there. He is the one that handed me my food today and said have a nice day since the other two girls didn't want to hand me my food. Would I recommend this location? Heck no!

Went today for the first time, the staff were kind and polite. The food was amazing as well. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!
TBH the service is great and everybody is nice and courteous and the food is great. However, I always seem to have trouble with my pickle(s) when I go here. I’ll either say “yes, I want the pickle on the side” or ask for an extra one. What can I say, I love me some pickles lol. Every time I get my food, I either don’t have any pickle or they forget the extra one. I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble or get an apology or anything cuz it’s really not that big of a dill... I just wanted to suggest maybe putting a reminder at the end of the line to check pickle preference on each order.

My husband ordered a meatball sub with special sauce. When he arrived home 2 mins later to eat found a tuna sub instead . Tried calling now 109 times THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO HERE

My friends and I often get meatball subs after a night out drinking before we start to drink again. We decided to try out the firehouse. When we walked in the place was very spacious lots of different point of view seating areas. We already knew what we we're getting so we then ordered and the gentleman was patient with our quick orders. After getting our drinks we sat and watched Godzilla versus King Kong before our subs came out. The sub was split in half which would later lead to our despise. Off the rip a cold ball of meat on my jaws I was sick. I have been eating meatball subs for 38 years now and that was the coldest meatball I have ever had. My late grandmother told me everything in life happens for a reason so I indulged in more. I have dedicated my life to meatball subs and will not let one meatball ruin my day. I finished the sub and it was overall good bread and sauce the other meatballs were warm which made it better. Luckily I brought a pocket full of slim jims for comfort. I find this is the best way that I can get over a mid meatball sub. Afterwards I slammed my drink down in the middle of target. So everyone would look down on the name firehouse subs.
