“I placed a 75pc meal order earlier in the week to be picked up on 11/2/25 at 1:00pm for my husband’s birthday party. I arrived at about 12:45pm and told the cashier the name on the order. He said they were in the process of preparing it. Who I assume was the manager came out and apologized, saying we are getting to it now, it’ll be a few more minutes. I said it was no rush as I’d arrived a little early. They had everything done by 1:10pm. Both the young cashier and the manager were very nice and seemed thankful that I wasn’t in a rush or being rude to them. Food was nice and hot when I got home. The chicken was a little dry but overall tasty.“
