“First time visit. I'm from Virginia and my Columbus family told me this was their fav place to eat out. My waitress was Very Nice, and polite with a sincere, pretty smile. She suggested that the wings are their specialty and are better if ordered "well done" so I did and they tasted great!!“

“The restaurant is extremely clean. The employees were all great. Good amount of seating and high chairs are easily accessible. The food was hot and fresh and the biscuits are buttery and delicious.

“This is my go to place for wings. I usually get ten or twenty traditional wings. I tell my friend their wings are on steroids they are so big. I like brining my friends here who are from out of town. When it's football season it's difficult to find a table so get here early

“Delicious, made to order, hot, fresh food. In the straight ghetto. With the different shops there, it was a tad difficult to find parking close. No inside seating/dining. No handicap accessible parking entrance. Not a kid friendly type atmosphere but I guarantee your kid will love the food.
Catfish was delicious n freshly cooked. Fries are heavily seasoned with seasoned salt & that makes them so much better. I forgot to ask if they had vinegar (for fries) other places do but not sure here. The greens were good too BUT they were a tad to spicy!
Will definitely come here again!!
All that food in my pic came to $14.65. 4piece catfish with fries, added a side of greens. Came with 2 slices of bread. No drink. Shared it with my kid. Yummy

Parking: Parking spots were limited. Cause there are other shops beside M&M.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely NOT kid friendly BUT ur kid will LOVE their food ?

“I wanted to give it two tries before I posted a review because every pizza shop goes through its high and lows. As a person who grew up on the OG Crenos in Zanesville, this place has lived up to the expectations.

Pizza is great, as always, but if you like a crispy crust, get it well done. This is something I do most places these days, though.

But the main point is the Italian sub. It’s so simple but so balanced. I don’t know how else to explain it, it’s just very good.

I’ve been to several different crenos locations, some that have not made it for whatever reason. So bravo to the manager of this store.“

Yesterday upon pulling into the drive thru, the smart-mouthed young lady that took my order said, "I just saw you come into the drive-thru the wrong way. But I can take your order whenever you're ready". My daughter and I were so shocked that I had to say, "What did you just say?". She replied, "I said you just came into the drive-thru the wrong way; it's one-way. Anyway, I can take your order now". I did not say what I really wanted to say and just went ahead and placed my order. (I've learned not to upset people that work at restaurants as someone I know shared what they do to people's food when you get on their bad sides). After I got my order and was on my way out of the parking lot, I saw another customer enter the drive-thru the same way I did. I was curious to see if they said the same thing to the next customer. They did not. The customer after me was a white male. I am a black female. Was that the reason they felt comfortable enough to say it to me? You decide.

***Note to Management: Please train your employees to strive for the highest level of customer service possible for EVERY customer. Their smart-mouthed comments are not necessary and customers leave the restaurant with nonpositive feelings.

Updated Review: Rating changed from 2 stars to 5. So after posting this review, I called the restaurant to speak to a manager about what the young lady said to me. The manager was so awesome! She apologized to me and said that the comment should definitely not been said in that way. She was sweet, funny and said she would address the employee about best customer service practices. Thank you Manager Brie. You are an asset to your company.“

They were very kind to donate and gave us more than we thought we would ever sell but once everyone saw the menu list Smokey Bones made our pork and beans . . . we sold out of everything but 1 servicing of beans! 100% of the sales are going to NCH.
