Based on the reviews, Shibam Coffee has a gorgeous interior and light, airy atmosphere with amazing music. The servers are super attentive, kind, and helpful, providing small yet impactful acts of care. The food and drinks are delicious. The Pistachio Latte (hot not iced) is one of the best in town, and the Choclate Pistachio Kunafa cake is light and not too sweet. The Honeycomb cake is a favorite dish, and the rose milk cake is equally as good. The Rasberry Mojito and the Shibam Royal are recommended for those who don't enjoy coffee or tea. The coffees and lattes are always perfect. Every experience has been absolutely wonderful, and it is a new found hangout place where people can just chat and laugh. Customers are greeted with a warm welcome, and the food is delicious with meticulously hand crafted drinks. It is a wonderful cultural branch of Café. However, pastries at other Yemeni/Middle Eastern coffee shops may be fresher, and weekday closing hours may be earlier than listed.
