“This is the best pizza in the Westerville area! We have been ordering from here for over 10 years. Today we had the first mistake ever with our pick up order. I called to explain and the manager Ryan was quick to offer many solutions and wanted to make sure they made it right. Mistakes happen. How you handle mistakes matters. One mistake by a busy pizza place in 10 years is best in the industry.

It was pretty good. Portion was sized right. It beats the hell out of any other nearby fast food. So right now, I recommend Ray Ray's Hog Pit. Drink and a bite at 5pm on April 29. There was a short waitress that literally waited on a Table 4 feet from me and totally IGNORED me. I found Out that I shouldn’t have Sat myself Down but She could have Come To me And said ‘I will get Your waitress For you’, instead she STARED at me and walked away. I flagged her down AGAIN and asked for a glass
Of wine. 10-15 minutes later…. NADA. I tried flagging Her Down Again and She looked at me and walked away. Her name is something like Aigen. Manager and other staff were VERY NICE. Food is great.
She could have handled the whole thing differently, with respect and decent manners and explained To me that my table wasn’t hers, but she would get someone to help me, and
Instead she ignored me. ‘Alex’ waited on me and he was very NICE.
AGAIN, NO ISSUES WITH THE OTHER STAFF, FOOD, etc., just with this one RUDE waitress.“
