“International Pizza Day... First time having Rusty Bucket Sicilian Pizza, no peppers, add Pineapple...COWABUNGA!! Hot & Spicy!! Whoa!! My sinuses are cleared out!! Did not expect that... but pleasantly SURPRISED how WOW good it is once the palate adapts... I will have to have The French Onion Soup next time. Had to follow this International Holiday as I supported Don Roberts for State Senate District 25.... The Event went VERY well. Packed!! Everyone chowing down so complacent and happy where I was late and couldn't eat but one slice before doing my thing... #ITrek4Trump🖖🏼👕🚪🌐🇺🇲 Camera in One Hand. Phone recording in the other... 10yrs Trekking for Trump Volunteering Grassroots Everything... Rusty Bucket easily on my TOP TEN LIST of most Favourite Restaurants and Meeting Spots... I usually have their Epic Fish & Chips and will most likely select something different from their menu next Time... I'll be baaack!! “My name is Vincent Tata. I stand by this establishment as a staple of Columbus. It’s open late, well priced and equipped with a quality draft selection. The food is more than the price and the service makes you feel at home. It’s a place I rest my weary dogs at night and a place I have a hearty lunch to continue the day. “I was a tad concerned at first because I've heard of the place but never been there. At the back of the bar their is a separate entrance to the venue. It is about 300 person capacity I call that an intimate show. Will hopefully return in the future Great spot!!!!!!!!“

“Just had their newest addition to the high quality menu. The generous portion could easily be a shareable for two or a great lunch tomorrow. Extremely tasty with the right balance of crumbles and b’fflo sauce. Great w/seasoned fries or house chips. Make sure to have a pint of the Kroenburg 1664 pints to wash it down. Oh and BTW, it’s a great deal. Won’t disappoint your palllet or your wallet! Enjoy.“

“Love this place, but really? Kitchen closes at 9pm during Ohio State and Notre Dame Championship game that started at 730. It’s 9pm, the house is packed, not an empty seat, not even halftime and the kitchen is closed. And they call themselves the number one place to watch the Buckeyes…kitchen would be opened if I ran this place.“

“Hosted a Birthday/Retirement Sing Along Karaoke Party for us. Yes it was all of the above, Nebbie and crew made it the most wonderful and memorable night. Everyone had a great time and all I had to do was show up 🥳 Great easy location for people to get to. Food was very good and served quickly, which was great for a large party. 🎉 I highly recommend as a great venue for fun events.“

While sitting there eating a and observing I noticed the different age and variety of customers the young and the olds everybody enjoying feeling safe. “First time to visit with a member for the Irish Fest in July. Very hot day so spent a lot of time inside listening to live music and drinking Smithwicks. Did not try the bar food but there was a food truck nearby. Folks were very friendly and helpful. Good time.
Kid-friendliness: Though a bar inside, kids are absolutely welcomed and safe.“

“Paid $80 for an uber eats order of wings and fish and chips. Ordered extra blue cheese and extra tarter sauce. Both things central to our meal...didn't get any sauce. This is extremely annoying and frankly I'm absolutely sick and tired of basic things like this getting missed on orders. The meal is literally ruined over something so minor...do better.
Edit. While I'm keeping the above message intact, the original "service" 1 star review really was an angry culmination of repeated order delivery errors from a multitude of resturants, not just Barelys. In fact, we still ate our meal the next day (with newly acquired sauces) and I have to admit the food was awesome. Additionally, we received a very friendly and prompt response from Jason the GM who graciously accepted the feedback and pledged to spread my frustration, so it's only right to update the service to 5. Mistakes happen, and yes I was angry, but their immediate and professional response deserves a rescore. We will be giving Barleys another go and I'm confident my future review with be 5 stars across the board, from the start.“

“Belly up to the bar if it's just two of you or grab a table for a group. The Press has an awesome craft beer list with lots of local options and good pub grub. The burgers, wedge salad and steak fries are my go to, but that's always dependent on what's the daily special. Sunday steak night is also a good value.“
“Walking around the convention center area on a Wednesday 9:30pm (no NHL game night) and, while a couple of places already had chairs piled up on tables, the Char Bar bar area was packed and high energy. I had in mind the place caught up on fire, thus the name, but it actually had a drunk driver just crashing into the bar and damaging everything. Now became a story to tell (nobody hurt) and a picturesque place in town.“

“We are from out of town and needed to feed 16 people after our original plan fell through. I called and spoke to Jeremy and he was quick to accommodate. I have to say the service was impeccable and so was the food. Every one of our orders was perfectly prepared and delicious. Our server ( I’m sorry i don’t remember her name, but I’m sure she knows who we are talking about) was amazing and professional and never missed a beat! I would highly recommend this establishment !! I have been here before and will be back. Friendly staff, reasonable prices on drinks, and just a great atmosphere. What more can you ask for out of a pub?

“They revamped and opened back up with a good menu and great food! great atmosphere, good people and service. New games and activities, arcade. I had a cheeseburger and fries, it was very good and worth every penny. definitely stop by for a drink or delicious food, friendly folks etc. It's becoming a favorite spot for us and a lot of work went into the kitchen and upgrades etc so dont be afraid to stop in. I dont work there, not family etc just leaving an honest review on the owner, the employees, food and atmosphere. 10 outta 10!“

The service staff is an all-star team that is best friends with the locals but extremely hospital with 1st timers helping with food and drink specials. The perfect bar for the Memorial tournament.“

“Old bag of Nails gives off a neighborhood pub typeface vibe. Food is of a good quality for oub food and provide the mix of unique but expected from a restaurant like this. Not too expensive for the quality of the food. Not a Michelin star restaurant but a good restaurant to bring the family or extended family or a group of friends for good food, good drinks, and a good time.“
