service was excellent and food was good
I have gone to Carsonie's infrequently for about 7 years. Every time I e gone the food was outstanding and consistent. I'm stuck with the Stromboli. It is the meal that I judge all other Strombolis and nobody holds a candle to it. The fresh ingredients, the golden brown but soft bread, the sauce there's nothing like the sauce either. Carsonie's is the place to be! Top notch pizza and what has to be the best stromboli I've ever had. Staff and family were friendly, attentive, and deliver great care in all they do. Highly recommended and looking forward to my next stop in!

Carsonie's Stromboli & Pizza Kitchen offers a casual but elevated atmosphere. Reviews note the food is excellent and the classic spaghetti and meatball and wedding soup are good. The strombolis are well-regarded, though one reviewer found an individual stromboli underwhelming with dough not as expected and marinara a little off. Experiences can vary, with some finding dishes like the lasagna unimpressive and a Penne Fresco dish tasting unedible and bland. The restaurant is infamous for a ton of sauce on certain dishes like the baked ziti. Service is frequently very slow, even when not busy, though servers are described as very nice and friendly. Take-out is reliable, often ready on time. While some feel there has been a bit of a decline, many enjoy the place a majority of the time.
