I appreciate the wonderful staff, especially Shelly who answered my questions, and Naomi who completed my orders and introduced me to the Passionada...a great refreshing drink!

“This restaurant used to be awful years ago, but it is delightful now. The meatball sub is very good. The middle of the day on a weekday is an excellent time to go if you don't like crowds, because you can be seated almost immediately, and the food comes quickly“

“Went for a late dinner and got an appetizer and soup and salad. We got seated right away. The hostess was very polite and greeted us with a smile as we entered. Our server was very nice and suggested an appetizer (baked ziti, which was good). Our food came out within 15 minutes. She kept our drinks refilled and got us more soup when we asked. There isn't a lot of parking up front, they have to go order pick up. But there is plenty of parking on the side of the building. There is a ramp to get onto the sidewalk. Dedicated handicapped spots. The bathroom was clean.

Kid-friendliness: They do have a kid menu and coloring sheets avaliable.

“I always enjoy Little Italy, the food is always good and decently priced.
I am only giving 4 stars because I went with my whole family. 9 people. And my older mother in law paid the bill.
Mom realized the next morning that the bill she paid was not even ours! She paid like $160 plus a tip that was over $30. Turns out our actual bill was only $110 and so our tip would have been significantly less as well.
It took several calls and a few days wait but a manager DID refund the difference. But overall I'm disappointed that could've even happened. The orders weren't even similar.“

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.“
