Fazoli's is a great family place. Love the family meals and unlimited breadsticks. Bill is so personable and appreciative of our business. He even checks on us and brings us breadsticks right out of the oven.
Brought in a large party with several kids and the service was amazing. Staff were quick, polite and extremely helpful. Really appreciate Maryann and her help!

Maryann is a terrific employee! She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and at the end of our visit she sat a bag of complimentary breadsticks down on our table. She also walked by and asked if we needed anything else. The kitchen staff also rocked our food… It was delivered quickly and hot just the way I like it.I will be back and appreciate the staff here so much!Dietary restrictions: GF options as wellKid-friendliness: Great place to bring the kids! Kids meals are only 3.99 as well!

How this place isn't considered a sit-down dining experience with table service I will never know. No other Italian restaurant competes with these guys and it's just fast food! Free breadsticks free smiles it's all delicious no matter what you get the breadsticks are on point as well real silverware real plates You leave your stuff on your table when you're finished they take care of it the staff is always friendly! Every time we come in we are greeted by the most pleasant people treated to the most delicious fresh food and we enjoy ourselves every time. And like I said at the beginning of this post I cannot believe this is considered fast food it blows my mind how awesome it is the flavor is fantastic and the ambience is impeccable I highly recommend this even over Olive garden even over any other fancy schmancy little Italian restaurant go here get your monies worth and get surprised! Five star go there or be square!!!
