“I have been to this KPOT location several times. Every time I have had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food. Tonight we had an absolutely amazing server. AJ was very kind and provided exceptional service, which was so very appreciated after our 8 hour drive back home from visiting family. Honestly I don't know how KPOT keeps managing to go above and beyond our expectations each time we visit, but we are consistently leaving very pleased. “You can tell a lot about a place by how they treat people right before closing, and Papa’s Pizza Palace absolutely passed that test for us. We showed up about 10 minutes before they closed and honestly almost turned around because we didn’t want to be those last-minute customers keeping everyone there late. We felt bad even walking in that close to closing time, but the blonde girl working up front immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Not once did she seem annoyed or rushed, which honestly surprised us because a lot of places would have made us feel like a burden for coming in so late. She took our order with a smile, answered a couple questions we had, and genuinely acted happy to help us. That kind of customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days, especially late at night when employees are probably exhausted and ready to go home. It really stood out to us and completely changed what could have been an awkward experience into a really positive one. The owners should be proud to have someone like her working there because she represented the business so well and made such a great impression on us. And the pizza itself was amazing. Fresh, hot, loaded with toppings, and honestly some of the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. You could tell they still cared about the quality even right before closing. We actually drove about 30 minutes to try this place after winning a gift certificate, and after this experience, we’d gladly make that drive again even without one. Between the great food and the genuinely kind customer service, Papa’s Pizza Palace definitely earned repeat customers out of us. Places that still treat people this well deserve recognition, and we’ll absolutely be back.“

We loved the crab Rangoon and the Mongolian beef. We noticed they are closing temporarily on 3/22. We will definitely be coming back when it re-opens. It was great!“

The entire restaurant is beautifully decorated and you can truly feel the culture and care that went into creating such a warm atmosphere. The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Our waitress, Stasha (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong), was absolutely wonderful. She clearly knows her job very well. From the moment she came to our table, she made an instant connection with us and was incredibly kind and attentive. She even took time to talk with the kids, brought them toys, and surprised our son with birthday ice cream, which was such a thoughtful touch. She also knew a lot about the menu and the events they host on certain days and made several recommendations — and she was absolutely right about all of them. The food was incredible: flavorful, authentic, and beautifully prepared. Everything we tried was spot on. “Ok, first off I absolutely love this pizza. Dayton style is rather unique, very thin, almost cracker like crust. Cut into very small squares, just love it.
The sausage they use in the pizza is just incredibly flavorful and makes me want to come back.

My one complaint with this place, and I register it every time I eat here is having to pay for my pizza, then go get in another line and pay for my drink. I assume because they sell alcohol they can’t let the youngsters run that counter.

Seriously Marion’s, move into the 1970’s. This is just ridiculous in 2026.

I would honestly double my visits if it wasn’t for that stupid setup.

“I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant but I noticed something last night that disturbed me. I asked the waitress if they had a smaller serving of their Peasant salad. She said sure and brought a very small serving which was just what I ordered. When I got the bill the charge was $9 which is the regular full size price. Same thing happened with our dining partner. This has happened before. I hope the owner reads this. It’s a little deceptive.“

A visit to PF Changs must include The Great Wall of Chocolate Cake!!!! The atmosphere is wonderful! Our server, Chris Howard, was very knowledgeable and met our needs before we had to ask!
