Got the wrong pizza, called and had it remade. They brought the exact same wrong pizza. I was told I have to bring the pizza to the store the next day (it was closing time) to get a refund. I've called and left 3 messages for the district manager without a call back. This was my first and last experience with Cassanos.
Just not the Monroe store!!! Horrible customer service!!!!
